Coordinate food service licensing and sewage contractors, track food service complaints, proctor food training programs.

Meeting coordination and minute transcribing.
Education: High School Diploma/equivalency and 3 years of administrative experience, preferable to environmental protection.
Experience: Keyboarding and word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems knowledge are required. Organization, communication, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask with strong decision-making skills are also recommended.
