The Manager, Human Resources (HRM) oversees all aspects of sourcing and recruiting of candidates for both salaried and hourly positions in his/her assigned facility. Additionally, the HRM owns the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs for his/her assigned facility. The HRM will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resources Information System (ADP), associate relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. This individual will support programs to foster a positive and engaged environment, communicating policies and working with local management to resolve associate relations issues as needed.
