Purpose
The primary role for the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to support the successful execution of talent attraction strategies through effective sourcing and hiring of exempt employees in Region North America. This role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and will assist with hiring nonexempt and exempt positions, with recruiting activities when needed, develop, and implement social media recruiting activities and provide management with timely/accurate reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Manager, business leaders and HR.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Track key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors) to include but not limited to, insuring system accuracy.
Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment to design all performance standards.
Qualifications
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Must have experience on sourcing resumes from all sources.
Experience in general HR functions.
Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
Education
Bachelor s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience
Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, Success Factors preferential
Two plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding, and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.
Experience with creating and reporting metrics is required.
