Summary for the Professional Development Coordinator Job Opening
The Professional Development Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Professional Development and Well-Being, the Professional Development Managers and other members of the Professional Development staff to develop and implement attorney development programming and initiatives at the Firm. The Professional Development Coordinator maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters.
The Professional Development Coordinator position may be located in either the Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, D.C. office. Katten is currently working remote at this time. After the office reopens, Katten will offer the opportunity to work from home with occasional office presence required (KattenFlex). Katten will consider making this position 100% remote if such an arrangement would be a better fit for the candidate and the Firm.
