Part Time Dental Receptionist – $18 to $28/hr + Bonuses and Dental.

We are a boutique style dental practice in a beautiful building on the upper west side of Manhattan.

Our practice is fee-for-service, and we strive to give our patients the highest quality of dentistry with 5-star customer service. We are looking for a dental receptionist with some back office dental assistant experience to join our outstanding team.

**Hours for this position are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8AM to 6PM.**

Duties for our Front Office Receptionist/ Dental Assistant include:

• Running an efficient and productive schedule for the doctor and the hygienist
• Responding in a timely manner to patient requests, emails, phone calls, etc
• Helping the office run smoothly, running morning huddle and making sure the staff is prepared for the day
• Must be comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients and motivating patients to schedule

Qualifications:

• Must have 4+ years experience in the dental field
• Must be comfortable with dental terminology and procedures
• Must understand how dental insurance works, I.e. how to submit insurance claims, verify coverage, and explain to patients
• Must be punctual and professional at all times
