What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Performing data entry in the company’s employee information management database.
• Assisting with Tier 1 inquiries and determine the appropriate level of escalation to resolve each inquiry.
• Auditing reports for compliance and progress.
• Processing terminations and review exit survey data.
• Helping maintain employee files.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role (required)
• Have HRIS experience (ex. Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.) (required)
• Have previous data entry/customer file maintenance experience (required)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills (required)
• Are able to multitask while maintaining great attention to detail (required)
