Kelly has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager with an established and vital company that just expanded to a new facility in Revere, MA. This is a Direct Hire role with a starting salary of $120,000 and a robust bonus structure (up to 25% of your annual salary.) Our partner offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, two paid time off programs, and lots of perks. In this exciting role you will truly be a Business Partner with the local management team to lead all HR functions and maintain compliance with most industry regulations and company policies and programs. This is an in-office role requiring local travel to multiple facilities.
