Talent Acquisition – Recruiter
Salary – DOE
Hybrid work schedule which means in office weekly with a couple days work from home
Location – Miami Florida
Contract 3 to 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source and attract diverse candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial sourcing to final candidate selection.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to keep stakeholders informed.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and providing feedback when necessary.
- Gather feedback from candidates to continually improve the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to building and promoting the organization’s employer brand in the job market.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Stay informed about labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus but not a must.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruiting
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to commute to Miami office weekly this is a hybrid role.
