Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
35 an hour
Long term temp (until March 2023)
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; performing specialized analyses of employee data as needed.
+ Maintain systems and technical support for HR related business systems.
+ Perform all annual and ad hoc human resource reporting requirements.
+ Perform necessary audits to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal agencies including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Fair Labor Standards Act and other applicable laws and regulations, as it relates to the HR.
+ Work with various stakeholders on any system changes, enhancements, or implementations needed to support business needs.
+ Guide and assist in improving company-wide HR metrics and reporting tools aligned with overall business strategy.
+ Compile and analyze external and internal data from multiple systems and resources to provide fact-based guidance to the decision-making process within HR and the business at large.
+ Conduct basic analysis, research and communicate internal and external best practices.
+ Participate in divisional and/or departmental projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related major or equivalent experience preferred. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
+ Minimum 3 years related Human Resources experience required.
+ SQL experience preferred.
+ Advanced MS Excel skills required
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
+ Competent in relational databases, business intelligence, reporting, and/or HRIS systems
+ Communication Skills – ability to clearly & effectively communicate with others, both orally & written.
+ Problem solving skills – identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate solutions
