**What is a typical day as a Human Resources Coordinator? You’ll be:**
+ Performing data entry in the human resource information system database.
+ Assisting with Tier 1 inquiries and determine the appropriate level of escalation to resolve each inquiry.
+ Auditing reports for compliance and progress.
+ Processing terminations and review exit survey data.
+ Helping maintain employee files.
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
+ Have 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role (required)
+ Have HRIS experience (ex. Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.) (required)
+ Have previous data entry/customer file maintenance experience (required)
+ Are proficient in Microsoft Office (preferred)
+ Have strong verbal and written communication skills (required)
+ Are able to multitask while maintaining great attention to detail (required)
