Kelly Services, in partnership with a growing manufacturer, is looking for a direct hire Human Resources Manager in Columbus, Ohio
**Details:**
+ Direct hire- you will be hired directly with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.
+ 1st shift
+ Wage: $105,000 to $120,000
+ 10% bonus target + stock options
+ 401k + match

**Positions:**
+ Talent Acquisition/Workforce Planning
+ People Development/Learning and Development (Leading training initiatives to maximize site and employee performance)
+ Compensation and Benefits
+ HR Functional Excellence/ Compliance (Ensure site compliance with Corporate/Division Policy and all applicable external laws and regulations)
+ Employee Engagement/ Positive Employee Relations (Effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive and engaging work environment)
+ Inclusion, Diversity and Equity
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
+ Five + years of experience in a Human Resources Management role in the manufacturing industry
+ Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, Etc.) is preferred.
+ Experience in a multi-shift 24/7 operation is preferred.
