**Long-term Contract Opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant in Marysville, Ohio!**
This role is responsible for contingent hiring across North America.
Hybrid Office/Remote role post training and based on performance
Pay Rate: $26.00 hour
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
**Daily Tasks:**
Support day-to-day contingent requisition processing
Receive and track contingent requisitions, ensuring proper approval has been received
Schedule and lead intake calls with the manager and appropriate staffing agencies
Review resumes submitted by agencies and confirm rate and experience align with the requisition and manager expectations
Support interview scheduling process
Partner with managers to clarify and clearly define requisition pay/bill rate, role requirements and job responsibilities to minimize staffing agency questions
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for contingent hiring
Supports managers and staffing agencies with escalations, questions, and issues
Provides weekly status updates on positions and agency activity
Maintain positive relationships with agencies
Collaborate with various business partners including HR, HR Technology, legal, etc.
Support implementation of Vendor Management System tool
Evaluate existing processes and propose & implement process improvements
Drive regional (U.S.) level project initiatives that focus consistency, efficiency and support for our Regional contingent program, managers, and agencies
Provide direction to internal partners when evaluating contingent workforce staffing strategies, processes, and policies
**Required Skills:**
5 years of related experience
2+ years of recruiting experience supporting IT and Non-IT roles
Subject matter expertise in contingent workforce industry standards, practices, and processes
Strong digital literacy skills including MS Excel and ability learn new systems quickly
Strong understanding of and prior experience with a VMS; preferably Fieldglass
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills is essential
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Able to expertly navigate a large organization to build key relationships internally and externally
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in process improvement
**Desired Skills:**
Experience automating processes
Project management experience
