OUTCOME: To Provide Associate and Organizational Support
Manage and mediate employee relations and corrective actions; provide constructive and developmental feedback and coaching
Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, programs, and regulations
Work with managers to create, implement, and improve staff and department services
Advise Managers in resolution options of employee relations issues and other matters
Promote collaboration and positive communication across different levels of the organization
Assist in the diagnoses of organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans
Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
Participate in the development and implementation of metric goals, objectives, and systems; develop and report on business metrics to review performance
Keep management advised of potential problem areas and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate
Support onboarding and retention initiatives including committee participation and leading implementation of new policies, procedures, and ongoing processes
OUTCOME: To Support Associate Training and Development
Assist in performance management training, coaching and development for associates at all levels of the organization
Manage the Companys performance evaluations by ensuring timely completion of all required associate evaluations and managing all such records through the Companys HRIS system
Process performance reviews to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
Support the development of individual training paths for the Companys associates and monitor and administer Company training programs to ensure timely execution of training path requirements by Company associates
Assist with staffing and onboarding of hourly employees for all IN locations; manage Recruiting Coordinator
Support onboarding and engagement programs including New Hire Orientation, Benefits Orientation, and ongoing touch points with associates
OUTCOME: To Support HR Policy and Employment Law Compliance Activities
Keep records of benefit plan participation such as insurance and 401k, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
Assist with administration of benefit programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurance, 401k/profit sharing plans, paid time off, leave of absence, and employee assistance
Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation
Assist in the development, deployment and administration of Company personnel policies and procedures
Assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Perform other HR related duties as required and assigned
Provide ongoing HR Support to Supervisors and Managers
Human Resources Business Partner (Manager)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; SHRM/PHR preferred Certification
2 5 years progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Experience with all phases of HR crucial: Staffing, Benefits Administration, Training & Development, Policy writing and development, Records Management, Compliance
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to understand business issues and strategies to present solutions that advance the greater interests of the business
