We have a newly expanded opportunity for a full-time, 40 hour/week Human Resource Coordinator and Development Coordinator. The HR Coordinator supports daily activities of the Human Resources department by coordinating the employee recruitment functions; the hiring process and the onboarding programs for all employees. Additionally, this position will serve as the subject matter expert for the organization’s e-learning platform, currently Relias, and coordinate the loading of curriculum and tracking of utilization. Serves as receptionist back-up, providing break and lunch coverage and vacation coverage when necessary, and is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and filing employment records.

Education and/or Experience

Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hourly pay: up to $30.00/hour, depending on education and experience, plus access to Kendal at Hanover’s incredible benefit program!
