Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Department Information
The mission of our department is to provide high-quality, applied marketing and professional sales education to students, businesses, and the community. Thus, our focus is on hiring and nurturing faculty who contribute significantly to the knowledge bases within marketing, whose research is innovative and focused on improving the marketing discipline, and whose approach to curriculum is innovative and collaborative, focused on continuous improvement.
Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for full-time, nine-month, tenure track Assistant Professor of Marketing and Professional Sales faculty positions in the Department of Marketing and Professional Sales that begins in August 2022.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate, graduate and/or Ph.D. courses, as well as appropriate research and service. The responsibilities of the position support the mission and goals of the Coles College of Business and Department of Marketing and Professional Sales including engaging in quality scholarly activities consistent with AACSB accreditation and actively participating in departmental and college activities.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have an earned doctorate, or a foreign equivalent, in marketing or closely related field.

Preference will be given to applicants with:
The ideal candidate will have an established stream of research with high level publications in marketing or related areas.
Applicants with an interest and experience in teaching one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply: international marketing, professional sales, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, predictive marketing analytics, social media marketing, strategy, data analytics, market research, and research methods.
