Key Lime Interactive is looking to hire a talented HR Coordinator to join our rockstar team!
Key Lime Interactive (KLI) is a Customer Experience and User Experience research, strategy and design services agency focused on helping companies take a human-first approach to building better brand experiences, products and services. Key Lime’s UX experts provide actionable insights for every industry sector to help our awesome list of Fortune 500 clients (such as Google, Amazon, Bose, Cisco, etc.) understand and effectively engage their customers. Ultimately, KLI empowers teams to use consumer insights and user experience data at all phases of product development, from strategy to implementation – by mapping out their customers’ journeys, developing behavioral personas, usability testing, and co-designing new products with the user top of mind using proven research methodologies.
About the Position
As our HR Coordinator, you will be an essential contributor to our success, and you will be pivotal in growing and developing our expanding organization. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service to employees by answering requests and questions
Tracking job requisitions, posting jobs, resume sourcing, and screening candidates
Working closely with hiring managers in scheduling interviews and selecting qualified candidates
Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process
Promotes our Culture, serves on Culture Committee, assisting in coordination of employee events and internal communications
Assists with employee learning and development
Maintains HRIS and other records to support reviews, which may include I-9 audits, SOC2 audits, and other compliance reviews
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
About You
You are process driven, solution focused, and has an incredible work ethic as well as:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree is highly preferred
Experience working in the HR function, specifically recruiting and supporting onboarding initiatives
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Desire to learn and grow within the HR function, passionate about understanding HR process and systems
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to act with discretion, and have exceptional integrity and judgment in handling confidential information
Able to build trust and rapport quickly
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and project manage
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs
