Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our team.

Essential Functions:
- Supports HR Director with department functions and goals.
- Assists HR Director with new hire on-boarding processes.
- Assists HR Director with preparation, delivery, and collection of orientation material.
- Assists HR Director with preparation, delivery, and collection of benefit packets.
- Answers general personnel questions.
- Demonstrates a self-directed approach to completing work duties; routinely completes all work assignments while maintaining quality; treats all customers with courtesy and respect.
- Completes additional task as assigned; assists corporate managers as needed and as available.
Requirements:
- BS degree, Human Resources or Business
- Working knowledge of MS Office Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
- Attention to detail
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
Experience Preferred:
- 1-2 years of experience in professional office
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Working knowledge of HRIS
