What do we do: Keystone Healthcare is a leading provider of physician staffing and management services for hospitals.
What you will do: In this role you will be responsible for performing the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department on a professional level and will work closely with the HR Team in supporting this function. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: HRIS and documentation, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, benefit administration, employee relations, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
