Keystone Turbine Services, a division of Precision Aviation Group, is a leader in the MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) industry for general aviation aircraft. Our facility is located in Coatesville, PA and has an opening in our Assembly and Teardown departments. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong mechanical aptitude and experience to get into the aviation industry.

Candidates who join our team will be involved in the disassemble/inspection/reassemble and test a wide variety of Rolls-Royce M250 Series engines and components with a concentration on the C20, C30 and C40/C47 series engines. As part of our team you will work with and be trained by some of the best, most experienced M250 technicians in the industry. Previous aviation experience is valued, but not required.

Essential Functions include:

· Read and interpret maintenance and overhaul manuals, service bulletins and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing life-limited, malfunctioning or damaged components.

· Replace or repair worn, defective or damaged components using hand tools, gauges and testing equipment

· Perform testing of M250 model engines and components

Ideal candidates will offer:

· Proficient in reading and understanding manufacturer’s instructions, drawings, and technical documents

• Mechanical experience in either the Aviation or Automotive Industry
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment, i.e., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.
• A & P license preferred but not necessary
• Able to push/pull up to 60 lbs and lift 50 lbs
