Job Description:
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist who shares our love for the great outdoors, including overlanding, camping, tent camping, and boondocking. A genuine passion for outdoor activities will enable you to better connect with our target audience and create engaging campaigns that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts. Your understanding of the outdoor lifestyle will add a unique perspective to our marketing efforts and contribute to building authentic connections with our customers.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our paid media initiatives, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon Advertising. Your analytical thinking and strategic mindset will be crucial in devising and implementing successful campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost brand recognition. This role requires an individual who can work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon Advertising to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.
2. Analytical Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign efficiency and ROI.
3. Budget Management: Adhere to budgets set by management and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of paid media campaigns.
4. Brand Building: Leverage your previous experience in building brands into new markets to establish our company’s presence and reach new audiences effectively.
5. Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to stay ahead of the curve and provide innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon Advertising.
2. Proficient in utilizing analytical tools and data to make informed decisions and achieve marketing objectives.
3. Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within defined spending limits.
4. Previous success in building brands into new markets, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, keyword research, and conversion rate optimization.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
