Position Overview

Kilgore, a Summit Material company, is looking for Front End Loader Operators in our construction division. In this position you will primarily be responsible for working with a pipe crew installing storm, sewer, and water in city streets and on large open developments.

Compensation: $22/hour – $24/hour depending on experience

Position Responsibilities & Performance Objectives
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Essential Functions

• Safely operating a loader to support pipe crew with materials, as well as, loading trucks with dirt, concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
• Handling and/or moving material.
• Effectively communicating to all site personnel.
• Daily maintenance of equipment.
• Performing a variety of general labor tasks as required for the job.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment including the equipment you operate.
• Other duties as required.

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of the loader loading requirements including load charts and critical picks.
