With your deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, behavior science and design thinking, you’ll take the lead in uncovering 360-degree human understanding to inspire growth-minded decisions and foster a data-driven culture. You’ll be the driving force behind applying meaningful, best-in-class B2B insights to create breakthrough innovative products and experiences that will make a difference across the globe.
As an exceptional communicator, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and will be vital player in a team of global Kimberly-Clark Professional customer experience strategists, integrated brand marketers, engineers, and designers. You will build the talent of others by developing and sharing best practices with both the Insights & Analytics community and broader organization. As a creative and critical thinker with a passion for innovation, you will always be looking for new ways to push the boundaries of what’s possible.In this role you will:Partnering with cross-functional teams to help identify relevant business issues, research objectives and hypotheses to address key category/brand questions and needs.Developing the appropriate learning plans to evaluate hypotheses that can assist in meeting business objectives and utilizing appropriate methodologies to develop and test hypotheses, draw relevant inferences, and create recommendations to define business opportunities.Synthesizing, interpreting, and applying information/data to establish facts and developing insights to provide new perspectives on the category, segments, and innovation pathways.Managing the engagement of marketing research and analytics projects, including external research suppliers, to ensure the research and analytics are executed in an accurate, timely, and cost-efficient manner.Uncovering insights in an agile, dynamic business environment to drive iterative innovation process.Leading with the application of behavioral understanding to B2B brand building. Applying sound understanding of current and emerging research methodologies, acting as the functional expert in the application of B2B research practices.Demonstrating intense curiosity to learn the professional market, categories, verticals, and apply innovation methodologies to strengthen Kimberly-Clark Professional insights.Up to 10% travel may be required.About Us At Kimberly-Clark, you’ll be part of the best teams committed to driving innovation and growth. You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in elevating insights roles, advanced degree preferredExpertise in executing behavioral science experiments and experience leading, designing, executing, and reporting primary market research.Deep understanding of how to integrate B2B customer insights fundamentals including primary & secondary research, syndicated research, positioning & communication development, and strategic business analysis into business, innovation, and marketing strategies. This includes segmentation, need states, concept and product development/validation, test and learn approaches, design/packaging testing, creative optimization and moreExceptional track record of translating insights into strategy and innovation priorities for a business/brandAbility to work effectively with all levels of business team managementAbility to coach others and build organizational talent relative to market research and strategic thoughtProven ability to integrate data from a variety of sources to provide clarity and direction to multi-functional teamStrong influencing skills and ability to shape strategic directionB2B and/or CX experience a plus.Preference for candidates who have led global insights projectsTotal BenefitsFor a complete overview, see www.mykcbenefits.comHybrid Work Arrangements: You’re looking to make a difference.
