STATUS: Part-Time
LOCATION: Remote/Virtual position USA only, preferably located in New York City
COMPENSATION: $25-30 per hour; based on experience
TENTATIVE START DATE: October 2021

POSITION OVERVIEW
Were hiring a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant who will be the essential support for our CEO, streamlining our systems, simplifying her days and creating processes in the business to help us more effectively achieve our company mission. This position has the opportunity to move to full time in 2022.
Our mission is to help badass, feminist women build joyful, fulfilling, and confident-as-hell dating lives that lead to extraordinary love. We believe that a womans desire for love is worthy, and that her worth is NOT defined by her relationship status. We believe that dating deeply matters to a persons overall well-being and gets to feel like an act of self-care. We help women around the world by providing high quality coaching along with empowering community.
Weve got exciting new projects in the works to deepen our impact and serve more badass clients so many that we need a hand to get them all done.

We need you to step into the operational systems we have in place and bring your own special brand of genius. How can you build upon what weve started and help us streamline our systems, support our clients, and support the CEO in this growing company?
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
This is a part-time role that reports directly to the CEO, Lily. You will also interact with contractors on the Date Brazen team.
We are looking for someone who has dreams of long term growth with Date Brazen. You will be working part-time. There will also be an opportunity for this role to transition to full-time within a year. This is a remote, work-from-home position that operates on East Coast hours. Ideally you will live in the New York City area.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be the essential support for our CEO, protecting her time, energy, and efforts by creating ease, expansion, and efficiency in processes like communication, organization, and calendar & inbox management.
This position will also require flexibility including working some occasional evenings and weekends. We will run online and some in-person events throughout the year that may require your presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar management & Scheduling
Protecting the calendar and creating efficiencies and processes around how to schedule and why to ensure the CEO is spending her best use of time.
Email Management
Scheduling appointments.
Booking travel.
Creating processes and documents around how to book travel/ preferences.
Project Management
Attending calls with the CEO, taking notes, and determining action items from the call.
Managing CEOs projects and action items within Asana (i.e. retreats, challenges, webinars, and launches).
Communications
Answering client support inquiries.
Creating a system for addressing important emails and what needs additional support.
Reviewing speaking opportunities (podcasts, meetings, stages) and which ones are appropriate to pursue.
Updating our company website copy and collateral as needed.
Researching/Proof-reading/Fact-checking.
Organizational & CEO Support
Reviewing CEO time studies, suggesting efficiencies, and identifying items to take over from the CEO and make her life easier.
Documenting Standard Operating Procedures for Date Brazen.
Ordering gifts/flowers for clients, squad, and family.
Learning the preferences and way of thinking of the CEO.
Understanding the limitations of the CEO and developing solutions around those limitations.
Acting as a sounding board for the CEO.
Results
The CEO feels supportedshe knows when to be where, what she needs to do in order to be successful, and is never overscheduled.
The CEO is able to focus on strategic efforts, rather than tactical.
You are able to make suggestions then work with the team to implement corrections to gaps in our systems.
We create stellar systems and processes that feel clear and ease-filled to streamline our growing company.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or experience in a similar role.
Display your commitment and ability to advance diversity and inclusion.
Passion for being collaborative in work.
Familiarity with Asana, GDrive, creating Standard Operating Procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team and the CEO.
Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the CEO, work as a sounding board for the CEO.
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
Highly developed self-awareness and leadership skills.
You dont have a problem handling personal tasks.
Ability to travel with the CEO, as needed.
Highly organized and efficient.
Detail-oriented.
Computer proficiency.
