Kindle Auto Plaza is seeking an experienced Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Service Manager, along with a Ford/Lincoln Service Manager. Any and all applicants must have a great people person attitude along w/great leadership skills. All applicants Must have a Minimum of 5 years of Service Management Experience! CDK knowledge is definitely an advantage! We offer a Great compensation package with full benefits for the right candidate. All applicants must have a proven track record of High CSI scores with above average service retail sales by his or her department. We are looking for a self starter with attention to detail that gets the job done, you will have a new dealership 3-4 years old to work in and will have the complete support of senior management and all supporting staff to make sure you have no roadblocks to reach the levels you us are looking for you have also a sales department selling at 300% improvement year over year so there is a lot of units in operation in our market area.
