We are looking to add an Account Administrator to our growing team. The Account Administrator will be responsible to ensure accurate accounting of all KES financial transactions, including creation of project financial plans in the Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) accounting system, processing of customer and vendor invoices and payments during project execution, establishment and administration of service contracts in GP, coordination of technician assignments and accounting for system commissioning and ongoing service, and management of inventory.
The Account Administrator will assist the KES Director and Operations Manager to establish and document KES accounting processes, coordinate with the IT department to implement KES processes and accounts, develop a company financial dashboard, and issue monthly KES financial reports.
This is a Part Time role with 20 hours/week to start (may increase over time) including a flexible schedule.
