We are currenlty looking for happy souls to join our team at our front desk. This individual will help us continue to grown while maintaining the highest level of customer service and care. In this role, you will be assisting in providing coordinated care for patients by organizing and ensuring effcient flow of our clinic. You will provide a welcoming front office presense, while working alonside and a close-knit and supportive team. You are a mature-mided, clear and concise communicator with a warm, empathetic and friendly demenor. You are also dependable, reliable and professonal. As first point of contact to the clinic, you make the most memorable impression!
It’s never a dull moment in this office. You will see some of the most amazing miracles daily. You are a jack of all trades who can wear many hats, and will be an integral part of the team as we help people find their way toward health and wellness.
You are a multi-tasker extraordinaire, have stellar organization skills, attention to detail, unreasonable optimism, are part air traffic controller, part Harry Potter with magic creativity, have Jedi-like anticipation, and cat-like reflexes. The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients and make them feel like the only person in the room. Your favorite book is: “Eat, love, pray, and create spreadsheets.”
You will be the patient’s first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, and whatever else they may need. You will also help manage the office and take care of the business side of things, including social media posts and insurance billing when needed.
We have a weekday, daytime schedule with the major holidays off and only the rare weekend commitment when we run events.

*Please note this is a 40 hr/week job/ salaried postion. $45k/ year plus bonuses that can add up to be between $10-$15k.
*Applicant must have a passion or strong interest in alternative medicine.
*Our clinic aim is to meet the needs of our patients so our hours are: M/W/F 9-4pm, T/Th: 9:30am-6:30pm, non patient hours Friday: 9-5pm.
*This is a medical settting so you must be Covid 19 vaccinated and show proof of vaccination and background check if selected. Masks are mandated to wear in a medical setting and we are a medical facility.
*2+ years in medical customer service a plus.
*Social Media and or Health Promotion expereince a plus
