Kit Custom Homebuilders Hiring for Construction Workers, Full-Time Job at Caldwell, ID Full Time

KIT Custom HomeBuilders is now hiring for full-time workers at our Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho. Positions are available for both experienced and non-experienced applicants.

These are full-time positions scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 – 5:30 p.m. with guaranteed overtime. Hourly wage starts from $20.00 per hour (plus overtime), dependent on experience.

Signing Bonus of $1,000.00 is paid after 90 days of employment! These positions are also eligible for a weekly production bonus after 30 days.

Current departments hiring and skills needed are:

• Framing. Walls, floors, ceilings.
• Tape & Texture. Drywall taping and finishing.
• Exteriors. Lap, vertical, vinyl siding and exterior trim work.
• Electrical. Residential wiring.
• Molding & Cabinetry. Inside molding & trim; cabinet build, laminate, and installs.
• Shingling. Roofing installs.

Requirements:

• Construction experienced preferred, but not required. Please list any construction experience on your application.
• Must be able and willing to work daily overtime.
• Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
