Kleege Enterprises Hiring For Accounts Receivable Clerk at San Diego, CA Full Time


Job Description

Account receivable position available for busy owner operated investment and development firm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Check Scanning
  • Work with onsite resident managers to resolve account related issues.
  • RentCafe
  • Bank Runs
  • Post Monthly Charges
  • Data Entry, account analysis and reconciliations.
  • Administration and tracking of company credit card transactions and bill-backs.
  • Filing and answering phones.
  • *Candidate must possess the ability to work in a high paced environment with duties that continue to evolve, depending on the needs of the company and executives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, with two (2) years of related experience.
  • Yardi Voyager preferred but not required.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, able to take initiative, organize and prioritize workload in order to see projects through completion.
  • 10 Key by Touch, Typing, MS Office; Excel, Word, etc…
