PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with senior team members to learn the ins and outs of paid search, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis. Your primary goal will be to assist with driving traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients while maximizing their return on investment.

Responsibilities – Include but not limited to:

• Conduct keyword research and create keyword lists for paid search campaigns
• Write ad copy and create ad groups for various campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids and budgets accordingly
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve click-through rates
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance

Requirements – Include but not limited to:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
