Role Overview
KORE Software is seeking an HR Generalist to join our operations team. The role will report to the VP of Global HR and will be responsible for global human resource functions, from talent acquisition to onboarding and from compensation to evaluation. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to work well both independently and in a team-based setting. Duties and Responsibilities
Improve our recruitment plan and talent acquisition function
Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters
Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and PTO
Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiate activities
Evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordingly
Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievances
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws within the US and globally, and update policies/or procedures as required
Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
Skill and Qualifications
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
Additional HR training or experience is a plus
Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
Leadership and coaching skills
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail and analytically driven
