Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company is partnering with a home healthcare firm seeking a Regional HR Manager to support the greater Indiana area. This position presents an opportunity to be a highly visible HR professional with regional responsibility over HR programs, processes and associate relations. This Regional HR Manager will be help guide day-to-day decisions supporting over 500 employees several locations across the state of Indiana.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree in HR or Business Administration and 5 years of strong Generalist experience. The person must be an effective communicator and open to 30% travel. Additional duties include reporting, compliance, performance management, employee relations, change management, investigations, recruitment and selection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience working with a dispersed hourly employee population
- Experience leading and developing a team of HR direct reports
