KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities
-
Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics

Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholders management, meeting/workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project/financial management

Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts

Development and implement organizational design/assessment strategies

Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides

Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
Qualifications
-
A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to Human Capital (organizational design/assessments)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred

Experience designing/leading business transformation initiatives on deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space

Experience developing/implementing organization assessments and methodologies

Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy

Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussing career development opportunities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

Ability to travel to support firm engagements as requires

U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Top-Secret security clearance
