How we operate

Our brokerage is open 24/7 to our agents and we expect them to utilize the office as much as necessary to hit goals. We provide all materials necessary, from computers to personal admins that can assist you where necessary.

Compensation

Our compensation model is completely commission-based, this means that there is unlimited income potential. We expect our agents to be the top producing agents in the region and make $100,000 in their first year of operation.
