KSA&D Hiring for Full Stack Web Developer at Allentown, PA Full Time

KSA&D is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic full-stack web developer. Having expierence Sitecore or Kentico would be preferred but not required. The right candidate will also have experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL. Exposure to any of the following applications or skillsets would be beneficial: MySQL, PHP, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery and SEO practices. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with other developers, as well as individually to help fill clients’ requests in a timely manner and to effectively communicate with the client how to best fulfill their needs. Candidates should always be eager to learn and willing to accept new challenges.

Requirements

• Have used and developed against the Sitecore Web Experience Manager or Kentico MVC Platform
• Intermediate level experienced with ASP.NET and C#
• Intermediate level experienced with .PHP/WordPress
• Experience with Bootstrap and responsive design
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML5 and CSS
• Proficiency with at least one of the following programming languages: React or JavaScript
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Ability to work on web page layouts from Photoshop design examples
• Experience with Sitecore or Kentico would be an added benefit but not required.
• Experiece working in Linux and Windows based servers

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling sites
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
• Collaborates with web designers to match visual design intent
