YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO (you may request further detail):
General Office/Accounting Support
Provide phone, email and direct support to our owners, sales reps and office staff
Process payroll
Oversight of all day-to-day office and accounting functions
Preparation and analyzation of financial statements that are completed in a timely manner
Comply with local, state and federal reporting requirements and tax fillings
Maintain effective cash flow management
Weekly, Monthly Bookkeeping (preferred)
Perform reconciliations of bank and credit card statements
Ensure records are maintained in orderly, current and accurate fashion
Figure semi-monthly commissions for Sales Reps
Process inter-company transactions
Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies
Communicate with other departments on a regular basis
Tracking and ordering office supplies
Familiarize self with all software systems to help troubleshoot when needed
Create and maintain relationships with outside vendors, including banking and insurance companies.
Track and order company apparel as needed
Make suggestions to systematize and improve office functioning to support the growth of the company
Human Resources Support
Administer HR tasks not limited to, but including hiring, terminations, onboarding, and employee reviews
Facilitate benefits for company annually and as needed
Anticipate Location Manager needs and handle them proactively
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 Year Accounting Degree or equivalent in experience
Skilled in Microsoft office and accounting programs – specifically QuickBooks
Dependable team player
Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability and desire to learn
Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment in order to reflect the company’s values
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced at multitasking and juggling varying responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION AND HOURS
$20 – $25/hour. Starting salary dependent on experience – room for growth and opportunity
