What You’ll Do
Collaborate with our university recruiters and hiring teams to build out campus hiring initiatives and drive partnerships with universities, including faculty, administrators, career centers, and student organizations
Pull data on hiring metrics from various sources – can pull internal hiring metrics/data (e.g. historic conversions, time to hire, etc.) as well as external talent data (e.g. total addressable market, etc.)
Present key data to influence business partners on qualitative hiring improvements (e.g. conversions, target profile, etc.)
Understand motivations and timelines, ask the right questions and build rapport to pitch candidates on a role (convert passive to active)
Understands candidates’ skill set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team’s goals
Proactively identifies, sources and engages relevant talent, based on the existing job profile with little guidance
Build a pipeline of passive candidates from a variety of channels (e.g. iCIMS, target schools/regions, student organizations, events, social media, etc.)
Passionate about results, thinks and acts quickly, operates long-term and in the best interest of company goals
Ensure a fantastic candidate experience for all — you will build teams and processes with phenomenal candidate experience as a crucial priority
Actively participate in intern program activities to maintain candidate engagement
Travel to execute on-campus and other relevant recruiting events, if business travel is deemed safe and permissible
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
2+ years of experience in recruiting related functions: recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, or program management
University recruiting, higher education, or career services experience
Experience with CRM tools to build talent pipelines
Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Previous tech and non-tech recruiting experience is a plus
Experience analyzing data and using it to guide hiring decisions
Has partnered with a wide variety of clients, including senior level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates
Has experience hiring in an organization passionate about cultivating a diverse workforce
