The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day to day administration of human resources programs, functions, and services that support the growth of Kubat HealthCare including recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, performance management, safety, training, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. In addition, the HR Manager will assist the Vice President, Human Resources with project management of HR initiatives and ensure Kubat is in compliance with and obtains and maintains proper accreditation.
