Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) at Kyowa Kirin are the field-based extension of our Medical Affairs department. MSLs are scientifically-trained professionals who possess strong clinical and/or scientific backgrounds whose role is to be a resource of fair-balanced and scientifically-rigorous information to our customers
Key Responsibilities:
Education:
Advanced clinical/science degree or health care professional credentials required (MD, PhD, RPh, PharmD, NP, PA, MS or equivalent)
Experience
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1-3 years MSL or other field based position
Neurology/ Parkinson’s Disease experience preferred
Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations and OIG guidelines preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Non-Technical Skills:
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including building strong working relationships, and managing and resolving conflict.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation)

Proven track record of success
Current knowledge of all relevant industry, legal and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Commitment to the highest ethical, legal, regulatory and scientific standards.
Normal office environment with prolonged sitting and extensive computer work
Requires up to 70% domestic and international travel
