What Will I Be Doing?
Process all vehicle sales contracts for new, used and wholesale transactions.
Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Handles the accounting and posting for all vehicle sales.
Work with various financial institutions regarding documentation and funding.
Responsible for schedules pertaining to the sale of new and used vehicles including but not limited to payoffs, due bills, rebates and receivables.
Prints, analyzes, and distributes reports as requested by management.
Ensure all accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:
High School Diploma required; however, an Associates / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field would be preferred.
Two (2) years’ experience in the Automotive Industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to write and distribute routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to apply the concepts of basic algebra in order to calculate debits, credits, quantity, etc.
Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
