The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for the overall recruitment, orientation, retention, and termination processes for all organization staff. In addition, the Human Resources (HR) Director oversees the management of payroll, benefits, and policies related to ADA, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation.
This role provides education and support for supervisors. The Human Resources (HR) Director also attends meetings to provide strategic input and is a member of the organization’s Senior Team.
This is a full time, 40 hour a week position.
