- By providing maintenance computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers, printers, and other physical hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues internally and for our customers
- By investigating and troubleshooting technical issues
- Monitor systems to improve network performance and maintain virus protection software
- Manage and maintain relationships with multiple telecom/networking/hardware vendors
- By provisioning and troubleshooting SIP phones and IP telephony networks.
- You will utilize your technical expertise and savvy to provide technical assistance to staff and customers providing workable solutions and support in a highly consultative capacity
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer/user experience
