LAKELAND UNIVERSITY, an innovative, cooperative education, independent liberal arts institution located in east central
Wisconsin, invites applications from a diverse group of exceptional candidates for the Vice President for Enrollment Management, William R.
Kellett School position. The William R. Kellett School uses a variety of platforms (face-to-face, online, BlendEd) to deliver high quality,
dynamic undergraduate and graduate education to individuals throughout Wisconsin and beyond. Lakeland is looking for a creative and proven
leader to build on the success of the Kellett school and bring new, innovative ideas for growing enrollment to meet the needs of the
students and University. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by February 25, 2022. The position will remain posted
until March 4, 2022.
The Vice President for Enrollment Management, William R. Kellett School, leads, manages and motivates a team of
recruiters throughout the School to meet its enrollment targets. The Vice President for Enrollment Management will be a strategic and
innovative leader who will oversee and drive the development and implementation of the University’s strategic enrollment plan to meet the
Kellett School’s admissions goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the admissions process for the
William R. Kellett School including the development and monitoring of enrollment targets for admissions recruiters, centers, and the School
as a whole. - Supervises Admissions staff within the William R. Kellett School and the Senior Director for Recruitment and
Marketing. - In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, develops and implements a marketing strategy for the William R. Kellett
School and its programs including the creation of a strategic and comprehensive recruiting and marketing strategy for the launch or
re-launch of specific programs. - Identify ways to market and capitalize on Lakeland University’s Cooperative Education program to
target adult learners to grow enrollment. - Hires, trains, and mentors admissions staff on cohesive and effective communication and
messaging strategies. - Manages the School’s CRM (Slate) including the writing and creation of reports/queries and processes,
develops lead indicators for enrollment growth with accompanying goals for recruiters. - Analyzes the impact of existing enrollment
initiatives, develops enrollment metrics, and uses data to guide strategic and operational decision making. - Provides regular
updates on enrollment metrics to the President, Board of Trustees, University Leadership, and Kellett School team. - Sets and
monitors annual budget for admissions teams within the William R. Kellett School. - Develops and maintains effective relationships
with partnering companies, technical colleges, and agencies to raise the profile of the Kellett School and increase enrollment. - Monitors and identifies enrollment market trends locally, regionally, and nationally to suggest new recruitment pipelines and programs
for the William R. Kellett School. - Collaborates with the Dean of the Kellett School to communicate with the Board of Trustees to
keep them informed of the School’s development and direction. - Support retention and re-recruitment efforts for William R. Kellett
students in collaboration with academics. - Collaborates with the University’s Traditional Vice President for Enrollment Management
to develop and execute a cohesive enrollment strategy to market Lakeland’s programs to overlapping prospective student populations. - Develops a positive work culture within the William R. Kellett School by nurturing a positive, accountable, and future-focused work
environment.

Required
Qualifications & Specialized Skills
- Graduate degree from a regionally accredited College or University.
- At
least 10 years of experience and management in higher education. - Extensive experience in enrollment management and marketing with
evidence of success in meeting enrollment goals at other institutions of higher education. - Demonstrated ability to develop and lead
data-driven enrollment strategies. - Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive and forward-thinking culture while leading a team
to meet enrollment targets while holding colleagues accountable to goals and other outcomes. - Proficiency in commonly used
technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office) and experience leading the effective implementation of an institution’s CRM tool including the
development of processes and reports.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- No or very limited
exposure to physical risk. - No or very limited physical effort is required.
- Some travel will be required.
- Work is
normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
