Our Human Resources Generalist offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to provide HR support with employee relations, employee hiring and onboarding, PTO/FMLA programs, HR records, and HRIS administration.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate the hiring process of all corporate hourly personnel. Work with the hiring manager in placing ads, screening applicants, interviewing, and making final recommendations to management.
• Maintain and administer the hiring and on-boarding processes in our EC system as well as conducting 30/60/90 engagement meetings.
• Work with business process owners/functional leads to ensure HRIS data is maintained accurately on an on-going basis.
• Assist with testing for new releases of the HRIS prior to use in a production environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• A two year Associate Degree required, Bachelor Degree preferred, and three or more years of previous Human Resources experience preferred.
• Prior functional experiences working with HRIS systems preferred, experience with SAP Success Factors a plus.
