Lakeview Hospice Hiring for Hospice Community Liaison Job at Pasadena, CA Full Time

Lakeview Hospice is currently seeking a passionate, personable and an independent professional to join our sales and marketing team.

Summary of Major Functions:

• Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Lakeview Hospice
• Provide Explanation of Hospice Benefits (EOB) to patients and their families
• Coordinate & Communicate all daily patient referral and intake steps to ensure a smooth admission

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of client service experience within the Home Health/Hospice care service industry
• At least 2 years, or equivalent sales experience, working with hospitals, facilities, physicians, nurses, case managers, and medical groups
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact effectively and positively with health care professionals, patients, peers and management
• Valid and current auto insurance and drivers license is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

Experience:
