Full Job Description
This position is key to the success of our patient’s experience with our primary care medical practices. This is the first-person patients interact with, both in person and on the phone, as it greets patients, schedules visits, and directs patient inquires and concerns to the appropriate people. Partner with the clinical staff to provide seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Must be comfortable with all populations
- Must have the ability to handle stressful situations and encounters
- Must be very patient focused and be very computer literate
- Must have a positive, team-based attitude
- Must be flexible with supporting multiple practices
High school diploma/equivalent required. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience and interest in primary care and working in confidential environments. Monday through Friday with Saturday clinic rotations.
