OVERVIEW: An Operations Implementation Manager assists in preparing new facilities for operational readiness. This includes ensuring all necessary resources are onsite and operational including both physical plant and personnel. Individuals that typically thrive in the role have a high level of organization, a self-starter personality, team-oriented mentality, excellent communication skills, and take an analytical and process-oriented approach to solving problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for establishing operational readiness for new facilities. * Coordinate employee recruiting efforts to ensure facility is staffed appropriately for opening. * Responsible for establishing comprehensive role-based training and competency testing for all positions at the facility, including coordination with subject matter experts as necessary to ensure adequate training coverage prior to start. * Coach and train management team to handle crises and operational issues as they arise and prepare team for independent operation after opening. * Coordinate smooth transition of the facility to the Regional Vice President of Operations after opening. * Provide support onsite to newly established facilities for 6-weeks post opening. * Coordinate with compliance department to schedule audit of facility processes after opening, ensure facility scores a passing grade. * Utilize intradisciplinary team to ensure all departments are supported sufficiently to ensure operational stability pre- and post-opening. * Establish Landmark culture top to bottom at the facility and ensure facility meets Landmark standards for quality and culture. * Position requires a minimum of 75% travel.
