We need experienced, reliable, friendly people to work with developmentally disabled adults in our Fairfax County group homes and community support programs.

Our Direct Support Professionals are a very satisfied team. We have an extremely low turnover rate among our compassionate and dedicated staff; many of our DSPs have been with us for several years.

Here are our requirements:
– Caring self-directed individuals who have a high work ethic
– Must be self-motivated
– Experienced in providing skills training
– Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Successful completion of pre-employment screening such as a background check, drug testing and reference verification
– Able to document activities and outcomes of individuals accurately
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and successfully complete a pre-employment screening such as a background check, drug testing, and reference verification.
