Job Summary: Core responsibilities of this
position include:
The Institutional Research (IR) Data Quality and Compliance Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring
timely and accurate compliance reporting to external agencies (federal, regional, state, and local) on behalf of the College. This work
includes collaboration with external groups to ensure that reports are designed to accurately portray College activity and outcomes.
Additionally, the Data Quality and Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining high standards of data quality on behalf of the
College and managing related processes in collaboration with the IR Director and data quality stakeholders. Further, in support of
ongoing research demands at the College, this person conducts quantitative and qualitative research and analyzes data as
requested by stakeholders. This position works as an integral member of the Institutional Research team and may support
other tasks based on contemporary institutional need.
Organizational Relationship: The Data Quality and
Compliance Analyst is an active member of the IR department team; this individual reports to the IR Director.
Benefits: Approximately 85% of health insurance premiums paid by the College, the College will contribute
13.19% of the employee’s salary towards their retirement fund, 21 vacation days, 12 sick days, 2 personal days and 15 paid

Compensation: This is a Professional level 4 position. The salary is: $59,507.00.
