Position Summary

The ideal candidate for Bulk Plant Manager must possess excellent communication skills, proven track record managing a team, and have strong attention to detail. Solid organization and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with changing priorities. Experience with Petroleum Products helpful.

Principle Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee day-to-day operations of Bulk Plant employees
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards
• Must be a proven effective leader
• Allocate resources effectively
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective action
• Commit to safety procedures
• Ensure all order requests are fulfilled

Maintain compliance with DOT and environmental regulation
