Job Description
In this role, you will ensure an exceptional associate and future associate experience at Fortune Brands Innovations. You will be a key member of the HR Operations team ensuring associates have information they need and that the back-office tasks of HR operate smoothly – all the while, growing your own skills to further your HR career. You will be the primary contact for a specific group of FB associates and provide secondary support for other team members when they are unavailable. In addition, you ll have the ability to specialize in certain responsibilities that meet your unique skills & career desires.
Position location – This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule in Maumee, OH.
This role prepares you for further growth in your HR career. The foundational skills you ll learn in this role will prepare you for a future role in multiple areas of HR – such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Technology, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Business Partner, and more. You ll be exposed to multiple areas of HR through day-to-day responsibilities and special projects and multiple areas of our business.
